Counsellor
Hi there, I'm Natasha Urbancic
I'm so happy you're here.
We'll face the hard stuff together and find the strength in being uniquely you ✨

Let's get to know each other
I'm a heart-driven, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming counsellor. I bring a radically genuine presence to every session.
My focus is on creating a space where you feel truly seen and held in your experience.
My approach
My therapeutic home is Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP Level 1, with level 2 in progress).
That means I'm here to be in it with you. Your biggest supporter. Staying steady through pain that feels too big to carry alone, and celebrating every win along the way.
AEDP is experiential. So we explore what it's really like to be you, together.
I believe everyone has an inherent drive toward healing. My role is to help you unlock your inner strength by blending two things:
-
The practical, grounding skills of DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)
-
A strengths-based, heart-driven approach
How I got here
My path to this work has been a lifelong journey of navigating my own challenges, and using those experiences to learn, grow, and connect with others.
I've been a student for over a decade (I have studied anything from psychology, space, physics, geology to computer science!), and I've spent years working in post-secondary counselling with emerging adults. That work taught me how to meet people in the messy, exciting, in-between years of figuring out who they are.
With a background in technology, education, and leadership, I bring a systems-thinking mind to a heart-centered practice.
What I offer
Whether we're working through a crisis or noticing a quiet moment of growth, I'm committed to being a steady, nonjudgmental, caring presence by your side. We figure things out together.
